MontRaw opened in January 2018 as a Mediterranean club restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. It is relatively small and comfortable, can host up to 40 guests during winter and almost double of that during summer due to the huge terrace. The price range is from medium to high. The concept of the restaurant is «Fine Casual Dining», which is based on the following values:

The MontRaw team consists of the chef, the general manager, two cooks, two waiters, a bartender and a sommelier. The team has not changed since the opening of the restaurant, therefore the customers know the team face-to-face and vice versa. Many regular customers are addressed by their names, which indicates how welcome and important they are.
