May 1, 2022, around noon, after church service I stopped in the newly built Tim Horton's on Cassidy near the airport, ordered a meal, and was told in a very unpolite manner that we don't have the steak and cheese panini. My reply was that it is on the menu. The worker said corporate has not taken it off the menu yet. My reply was then it should be blocked off if you no longer sell this item and was told -well maybe you should go somewhere else. No apology just go somewhere else. So Tim Horton if this is how you train your employees to treat customers I will do just that go someplace else, which is what I did. I will no longer spend my money on your establishment, as there are quite a few places that have better customer service.
For the record to submit this your website is not user-friendly, I entered my email address but your system does not recognize it, is this the practice of your company? bad service at drive-thru windows along with misleading menus, and to top it off you cannot submit a complaint?
