When not immersed in the world of wellness, Preksha can be found singing or penning down life’s myriad experiences. Animals hold a special place in Preksha’s heart, and she cherishes the unconditional love and companionship they offer.
“Ever since I was a kid, I’ve felt this itching incompleteness. A feeling of not ‘knowing’ tormented me. I have always been very inquisitive and wanted to know more about the world I inhabited. As I grew older, I realized this ‘self’ is even more intriguing and mystifying than the world. My path to deciphering the self led me to studying psychology, which as I now look back, was a very small step in my journey. Nothing was ever enough! I now realize that ‘knowledge’ or as we call it, ”gyaan”, makes one limited and there is no way you can understand or measure an ocean. While somethings may never have a definite answer, there are always things waiting for you to experience them! “
