Michael S. Simone, Esquire, is the founder and managing attorney for the Simone Law Firm, P.C.   Mr. Simone attended Villanova University for his under graduate degree and graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden NJ.

Mr. Simone practices in all aspects of the firm’s areas of law, which include but not limited to Healthcare/Nursing Home Law, Home Owner Association representation, Contractual Litigation, Collection, Real Estate, Wills, Estates, and Business Law.  Mr. Simone has been practicing law for over twenty two (22) years and has vast experience practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts.  Specifically, Mr. Simone has primarily practiced in New Jersey before Law Division, Special Civil Part and Chancery Courts.  Similarly, in Pennsylvania, Mr. Simone has practiced in the Court of Common Pleas, Magistrate Courts and Orphan’s Courts.  Mr. Simone’s experience in the Federal Court includes all three District Courts in New Jersey and the Easten District Court of Pennsylvania.  Prior to the founding of The Simone Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Simone worked with W. Craig Knaup Esq. at The Knaup Law Firm for sixteen (16) years practicing the same areas of law.

Mr. Simone is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Camden County, Burlington County and Cape May County Bar Association and their lawyer referral programs.   Lastly Mr. Simone is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Association, New Jersey Creditors Bar Association and the Community Association Institute.

Michael Simone resides in Cinnaminson New Jersey with is wife and two children.  In his spare time he is an avid gardener and a train enthusiast.  He enjoys going to the beach as much as possible and attending Philadelphia Phillies and Villanova men’s basketball games.
