About KAP Group: KAP Group is a Moscow based consulting company that has been helping construction, design and survey businesses across Russia obtain and keep their permits since 2017. The company works with contractors of every size, from small regional builders to large engineering groups, and takes care of the entire permit cycle so that the client can keep working on site instead of dealing with paperwork. The core service is membership in SRO self regulatory organisations for builders, designers and surveyors, which is a legal requirement for most construction contracts in Russia. KAP Group prepares the full application package, checks the company against the admission criteria, arranges the compensation fund payment and accompanies the client until the membership decision is issued. The second large practice is the national register of specialists, known as NRS, maintained by NOSTROY and NOPRIZ. Every construction company must employ engineers listed in that register, and KAP Group collects the diplomas, the work history and the professional development certificates, submits the application and tracks it through review. The third practice is independent qualification assessment, NOK, which became mandatory for registered specialists and requires both a theoretical exam and a practical one. KAP Group also arranges licences issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations for fire safety work and by the Ministry of Culture for restoration of heritage buildings, ISO management system certification, industrial safety and labour protection training, special assessment of working conditions, electrical laboratory registration, bank guarantees and tender support for public procurement. Clients come to the company when a tender deadline is close and the documents are not ready, when an existing membership is suspended, or when a regional branch needs its own permits. The team explains in advance which documents are missing, how long each step takes and what the realistic outcome is, and keeps the client informed at every stage of the process. The office is located in Moscow and the company serves clients in every region of Russia remotely, which makes the service available to construction businesses far from the capital.
