We at Duliban Insurance Brokers are a third-generation family-owned business. We come from humble beginnings when James Duliban purchased a small Insurance Agency in 1976 and started James Duliban Insurance Brokers operating out of a 400 sq foot office. James, alongside his wife Margaret, worked tirelessly to get the business off the ground and did so in the one manner they know; hard work, honesty, and integrity. It’s these founding principles that remain true to our family business today.
In 1991, Tom Duliban purchased the family business from his father rebranding it to Duliban Insurance Brokers and continued with an emphasis on growth and utmost care and attention to our valued customers. During this time Tom acquired three other long-standing trusted Insurance Brokerages throughout the Niagara Region and started a renewed focus on technology, centralization, and efficiency in order to provide unparalleled customer service.
In 2008, Tom’s twin sons Adam & Jason Duliban entered into the business on a full-time basis and brought education and an eagerness to take the family business to a new level. Focusing on leveraging technology and data, Duliban Insurance Brokers has grown to be a leader amongst Independent Insurance Brokers across Ontario and Canada.
