Sandy Van is the managing partner and founder of Van Law Firm, a personal injury law firm located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Legal Support Help. She is a personal injury attorney licensed to practice law in Nevada state and federal courts and Washington state courts. Sandy is also a widely recognized realtor and founder of Van Group Real Estate.
She is an alumnus of William S. Boyd School of Law. While studying law, she interned for the Honorable Judge Nancy Saitta (formerly Justice Nancy Saitta of the Nevada Supreme Court) in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable David Barker, District Court Judge, Clark County, Nevada (formerly the Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.) Prior to law school, Sandy earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Van Law Firm focuses on personal injury law, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability cases, dangerous drugs (Zantac), and defective medical devices such as hernia mesh, ParaGard IUDs, Allergan Biocell textured breast implants.
Ms. Van’s prior experience includes civil litigation, business litigation, real estate law, deficiency law, foreclosures, contract matters, bankruptcy law, and collection matters. Prior to opening Van Law Firm, Sandy represented banks, auto dealerships, shopping malls, medical facilities, and other businesses with their litigation matters.

She also donates time and money to several philanthropic causes namely education, children, and those who are victims of horrific crimes.
