Jenny and Mark saw it as their potential retirement vocation. Knowing their own preferences, Mark and Jenny saw in Aqua Vista, a hidden pearl with great potential for fabulous holidays! They felt it was important to be able to take in the breathtaking view, in its various climatic moods, from the comfort of your own apartment – so Aqua Vista was the perfect spot! Aqua Vista is also a family home on the first floor, so while it is private, neighbours are just a door knock away!

Aqua Vista is located on top of a hill looking down on Mercury Bay and Whitianga township. Night lights are spectacular. It is a large, self-contained, beautifully comfortable two-storey house, situated in what will be a beautiful tropical garden in a quiet residential area. Jenny’s passion project is the garden, and it is still under development. The house has a lovely, calming and relaxing air about it, making it very hard to leave. If you look carefully, you’ll even be able to see a huge kiwi carved into the side of a hill from the area! Kiwiana at its finest!
