We first began selling Coca‑Cola® in 1886, when Dr John S Pemberton charged customers just five cents a bottle. Since then we’ve become the world’s leading soft drinks manufacturer with more than 700,000 employees and 500 brands.

Atlanta is where you’ll find our head office for The Coca-Cola Company, but while our business is global in scale – we are a local company everywhere we operate, including Malaysia. Our employees include teams of scientists, marketers and sales people in more than 200 countries including Malaysia.

In Malaysia, the Coca-Cola system manufactures, markets and distributes over 20 products including sparkling beverages (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, A&W, Schweppes), zero-calorie sparkling beverages (Coke light, Coke zero), juice drinks (Minute Maid Pulpy), teas (Heaven and Earth), isotonics (Aquarius) and water (Dasani).

Since 2010, we have invested more than RM750 million in Malaysia creating more than 800 jobs and touching over 60,000 customers. Through our programmes and partnerships we aim to make a lasting positive difference in the local community.

With an enduring commitment to building sustainable communities, in Malaysia we’ve chosen to focus our sustainability efforts on three areas of opportunities where we believe we can make a meaningful difference to. We call them the three ‘Ws’, Women, Water, and Wellbeing. This is our way of giving back to the communities in which we operate.

Locally, we employ more than 800 employees across the system and have more than 80 drink options in our portfolio, of which, more than a quarter of them are lower or no-calorie options.

At Coca-Cola Malaysia, we offer more than 40 different beverages options across over 10 different brands. This includes our four colas, a range of sparkling drinks, waters, teas, juice drinks and sports drinks. We also offer lower- or no-sugar, no-calorie options for many of our drinks, as we work towards rethinking many of our recipes to reduce sugar and innovating to launch new lower or no-sugar drinks.
