I had the worst experience ever with this company, I am a small to an extra small and they sent me the wrong size, it was more like an XL-plus size. I tried to get a return confirmation from them but they kept telling me to get it altered or give it to charity, then they promised me retribution by telling me they would make me a custom skirt, that was in Oct 2021 it is now Jan 12/2022 and nothing has shipped. They have lied to me over and over again telling me it has shipped or it will be shipped on such and such date. Nothing yet, terrible and typical international customer service. My measurements are 29 inch waist (73.66 cm) and 36.25 inch hip (92.71 cm) and the skirt I received was, the waist is approx 34 to 34.5 inches and the hips approx 38 to 38.5 inches. Very disappointed and angry. I have saved every email correspondence from them since Oct 6/21 to Dec 8/21 this company is not worth wasting your time to deal with.
