Since 1899, Three Links has evolved to serve the changing health care and living option needs of older adults in the Northfield area community as a non-profit organization. 

Three Links has a long history in the Northfield community. We are sponsored by the fraternal order of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs. Our local heritage began in 1899 as an orphanage and throughout the years, evolved to serve many health care needs in our community. Today, our mission is to serve older adults who may need additional support and care. This website is designed to show the wide array of services offered through the many programs, located on our main campus and beyond.

People tell us when they enter Three Links they can feel a difference here – an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. We have a beautiful campus that people can call home, however, it is our staff that truly makes Three Links a special caring place. Those who work here, no matter their position, complete their duties with a passion in their heart. They want to do the best work they can do to care for each person with dignity and respect.

If Three Links becomes a temporary or permanent home, we believe we need to accompany each individual, as well as family members and friends on the journey of older adult services. It is our desire to make each person’s stay as comfortable and meaningful as possible. It is our intent to offer support and education to further the family’s understanding of our options for care.
